At ARANI Art and Craft, we take pride in creating unique, handmade pieces with love and care. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so we’ve created a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Before shipping an item back to us, you must request a return authorization request from us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. This will ensure our returns department receives your request. Make sure you include your order details in your email so that we can process your return quickly for you.

WE ONLY EXCEPT RETURNS IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY FROM OUR.

​We do not except exchange for the following :

— Products received in a condition other than their original condition.

— products that a part or whole of the packaging are not completely intact.

— Products that appear used or smell of deodorant, tan etc. 

— Products that are marked or damaged in any way.

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

Return Postage

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
