Shipping Policy

Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.

Available Items are usually processed within 24 hours of order and shipped the next business day, excluding holidays.

Shipping costs:

 Within Lagos: 1,000 to 2,500 (NGN)

Within Nigeria: 2,000 to 6,000 (NGN)

Outside Nigeria: This will be based on a lot of factors; e.g. the goods weigh, location distance, how fast you want the package delivered, amongst others. Hence, cost will be made known to customer before shippment.

International Taxes, Duties & Customs Hold

Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return your parcel to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received by us – you will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.

In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated by us and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in touch with us and we will happily look into this for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Before shipping an item back to us, you must request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 14 days of receiving your order. This will ensure our returns department receives your request, rather than our customer care team. Make sure you include your order details in your email so that we can process your return quickly for you.

WE ONLY EXCEPT RETURNS IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY.

We do not except exchange for the following :

— Products received in a condition other than their original condition.

— products that a part or whole of the packaging are not completely intact.

— Products that appear worn, used or smell of deodorant , tan etc. 

— Products that are marked or damaged in any way.

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

 

Return Postage

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
